Cancellation Policies

Cancellations requested prior to 24-hours before the scheduled start time of services may receive a 100% refund and or credit for future use unless otherwise notes in the quote or invoice.

Cancellations requested after 24-hours but prior to8-hours before the scheduled start time of services may receive a 75% refund and or credit for future use unless otherwise noted in the quote or invoice.

Cancellations requested 4-hours or less before the scheduled start time of services may receive a 50% refund and or credit for future use unless otherwise noted in the quote or invoice.
